About a year ago, the air conditioner in my 2017 Toyota Corolla went out. I took it into the dealership to get it checked out and they gave me a price I thought was outrageous. They also seemed to ignore my warranty that covered my car for 5 years or 60,000 miles. I’m a poor college student so once my financial aid came in I decided to get my AC fixed. Hughes Automotive was recommended to me by a friend and I was certainly not disappointed. Though I wasn’t able to get the price knocked down (expensive part and procedure) Billy Hughes worked me through every option and even went out of his way to contact Toyota to check on their diagnosis to see if they could get my warranty to cover it. That was what sold me on giving a 5 star review. He could have easily told me it would be over $1,000 to repair it. Instead he selflessly worked me through it and put a solid profit on the line in order to help a young customer.
